SpotHero is seeking an Account Manager to nurture and grow some of our most important business relationships. Provide guidance and support to clients with compassion and a high attention to detail. An exceptional communicator with the unique ability to relate to anyone, our ideal candidate has a natural knack for building strong relationships.

What will you do?

  • Manage a rapidly growing portfolio. 
  • Secure and expand the revenue of your portfolio of operator partners by building strong relationships.
    • Monitor dashboards to understand opportunities for improvement.
    • Proactively provide rate recommendations and opportunities for inventory adjustments.
    • Add new locations to the SpotHero platform where available.
  • Have a deep understanding for client needs.
  • Provide stellar client support and communication.
  • Proactively present new opportunities for revenue growth to clients.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Team on cross functional projects.

  • Compassionate. You listen effectively and easily relate to others, which enables you to understand the unique needs of each of your clients.
  • Naturally curious and innovative. Extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
  • Team Oriented. You have a positive attitude and are always eager to help out with the next project.

 

Pre-Requisites:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 1+ years experience in a customer or client facing role
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to the constantly changing needs of your clients
  • Incredibly resourceful with creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce is a plus) and BI Tools (Looker preferred) a plus
