Getting There:

Enter this location at 850 N State St. This is the Chestnut Place Apartments garage is operated by SP+. It is located on the west side of State St. between Chestnut St. and Delaware Pl. Look for the green and black Enterprise Rent-a-Car signs, garage entrance is next to Pizano's.

Things You Should Know:

  • This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.
  • Height Restriction: 6'
  • Standard sized vehicles only. Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate minivans, midsize and large SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans.
  • If you see a "LOT FULL" sign at entrance, your spot is still reserved, please continue into the garage. The LOT FULL sign is used to discourage drive-up customers once the garage is close to capacity.
  • While the price is unbeatable, please know this garage has sharp turns with tight parking spaces. Please be cautious while navigating. No oversized vehicles are allowed at this facility.
  • The first level of this facility is mostly reserved parking, you may have to search the upper levels for an open spot. DO NOT park in any space labelled "Reserved" or "Enterprise Parking" or you will be towed You may park in a numbered space, as long as there is no "Reserved" sign. The top floor of this facility is exposed, covered parking is not guaranteed.
  • The pedestrian entrance is located to the left of the Exit Lane off State St., just past the Enterprise entrance. Stairs are located on the south-east and southwestern edges of the garage. There is no elevator at this facility.
  • For all reservation changes, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect.

    Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

    You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". You may park in a numbered space, as long as there is no "Reserved" or "Enterprise" sign.

    When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

    The gate will open and you're free to go!
