Getting There:

Enter this location at 70 Monroe St., just before Pike St. This is the entrance address for the 148 Madison St. Kaylee Operating LLC Garage, operated by Select Garages. There will be a large "PARK" sign at the facility entrance, which will be on the left side. This facility is located just past the Manhattan Bridge, before the intersection of Monroe St. and Pike St.

Things You Should Know:

  • This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.
  • Height Restriction: 6' 5"
  • Additional Fees will be charged on-site for oversize, exotic & Tesla.

How To Redeem

    Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

  2. 2

    The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

  3. 3

    When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
