Enter this location at 408 East 101st St. This is the entrance address for the 1955 1st Ave. garage, operated by iPark. It is located on the left-hand side of 101st St. (a one-way street) between 1st Ave. and 2nd Ave.

  • This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.
  • Height Restriction: 9' 5"
  • During peak times, parking may require a few extra minutes for the garage staff to maneuver vehicles to make space. If you encounter a cone blocking the entrance, please honk your horn and an attendant will be with you shortly.
  • If you arrive after hours while the gates are down (Sun-Thurs 11pm - 1am, Fri-Sat 11pm-2am), please use the call button at the entrance to notify the attendant.

How To Redeem

    Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

  2. 2

    The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

  3. 3

    When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
