Getting There:

Enter this location at 121 W Haddock Pl. This is the entrance address for the 221 N LaSalle St. valet garage, operated by Legacy Parking. It is located on the north side of W Haddock Pl. between N Lasalle St. and N Clark St. The entrance is marked by a black 'Park' sign with green white lettering.

How To Redeem
  1. 1
    Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. If you are parking when the valet is not present, please see steps #4-9.

    The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
  3. 3
    When you’re ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

    If you are parking when valet is not present, please see steps below.

    Park your vehicle in any open non-reserved space. Please do not block or double park behind a vehicle preventing them from leaving. You must pull all the way up to the wall.

    After self-parking, make sure to hold on to your keys.

    Exit through the pedestrian door (next to the vehicle entrance). Remember to notate the access code required for re-entry.
  8. 8
    When you are ready to leave, use the pedestrian door (next to vehicle entrance) to access the garage. The access code is listed on your parking pass.

    Drive to the exit, the garage door will lift and you are free to go!
