To cancel your subscription, log in to your SpotHero account:

You must cancel your reservation(s) before the next month starts to avoid being charged for the following month. Please note that If you do not move your vehicle after canceling your reservation, you may be  subject to parking tickets and/or vehicle being towed.   For assistance, contact SpotHero customer support.

Check your SpotHero monthly parking reservation(s) in your SpotHero account to see the subscription window (e.g., if your parking started on August 15, your vehicle must be moved before September 11 if you choose to cancel your reservation). Failure to move your vehicle after canceling your reservation may result in parking tickets and/or vehicle being towed.

If you have a parking spot in Boston or Toronto through SpotHero, the promotional rate will not continue for your next month of parking (i.e. if your parking began on August 6th and the first month ends on September 6th, your promotional rate will not renew for the following month). Please check your SpotHero monthly parking reservation(s) in your SpotHero account to see the subscription window to determine when you must move the vehicle to avoid being charged (e.g., if your parking started on August 15, your vehicle must be moved before September 15 if you choose to cancel your reservation). If you do not cancel your reservation you will be charged for the following month at the non-promotional rate. Failure to move your vehicle after canceling your reservation may result in parking tickets and/or vehicle being towed.

If you do not cancel your monthly parking subscription, the full price will be charged to the credit card on file, and you may continue parking as usual.
