Upon your arrival, pull a ticket from the entry lane.

Once the gate opens, stay to the right and proceed to the back of the hotel. Park in the last 3 rows furthest from the rear of the hotel.

After parking, take your ticket and SpotHero pass to the hotel front desk to receive a validation for the length of stay prepaid for.

Proceed to the main hotel covered entrance for the shuttle hotel pick-up. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes, at the top and bottom of the hour. Show your ticket to the shuttle driver for admittance.

Once you have arrived at the Shuttle pick-up area, please dial 615-871-0033, select option 'Ground Transportation'. The shuttle will take you back to the Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel entrance.

To exit the parking, insert the validation ticket. If the length of stay is longer than the validation is good for, you will be required to pay the difference via credit card at the gate.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport - Uncovered Self Park

Users may park their own vehicles at this facility.

See the front desk staff and show them your SpotHero confirmation and the valet staff will park your vehicle for you.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Gather your luggage and return to the front desk. The staff will show you where to board the shuttle.

Gather your belongings and call:(615) 885-2200 to arrrange your shuttle pick up.

Board the shuttle and they will return you to your vehicle.

Hand the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and they will retrieve your vehicle.

When you are ready to go, you may simply leave!

Sheraton Music City Hotel - Uncovered Valet

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

When you arrive, drive around to the back of the hotel and use the parking spaces next to the retaining wall facing the swimming pool.

Proceed to the front desk in the lobby and show your reservation to the staff, who will then direct you to the shuttle pickup area.

Pick up the shuttle in the pickup area. The shuttle operates from 5 AM to 12 AM.

After you collect your baggage upon arrival at BNA, please proceed to the shuttle pick-up area located at Ground Transportation.  This is located one level below baggage claim, once you are there walk to waiting area #2.

Call the hotel at 615-894-9791 to request shuttle pickup and the hotel staff will confirm your pickup location.

When you arrive back at Element, simply leave when you are ready to go!

Element Nashville Airport - Uncovered Self Park

A fee determined by the garage operator to cover additional garage operator costs.

Pull into the facility and present your SpotHero Parking Pass to the valet attendant.

Exchange your keys for a ticket and the shuttle will pick you up at your vehicle and transport you to the airport.

Once you have collected your luggage, proceed to Pick Up Area A1. You can then notify Fly Away Parking that you need a shuttle pick-up by texting your claim check number to the number listed on your claim check card to 931-228-0067. You will receive a confirmation text acknowledging your info was received.

Upon your return to Fly Away, your vehicle will be waiting for you outside. Check-in with the main office and receive an exit token. Insert the token given to you at the machine in the exit lane.

Fly Away Airport Parking - Uncovered Valet

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

Once the gate opens, proceed towards the hotel and then turn right into the additional parking area for Airport Parking (see photos for reference).

Proceed to the hotel entrance to board the shuttle to the airport. Show reservation confirmation to the front desk agent and the shuttle driver. The shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes from 4:30 am-11 pm CST.

Once you have arrived at the Shuttle Pick Up area, please dial 615-883-9770, select option '0', and advise the hotel that you are ready for pickup. The shuttle will take you back to your vehicle. 

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Marriott Nashville Airport - Uncovered Self Park

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

When you arrive at this location, please park in the southern most section of the lot farthest from the church.

Make sure your license plate matches what is entered on your reservation's parking pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket, tow, or both.

Call your taxi/rideshare to BNA which is about a 6-minute drive.

Upon your arrival back to BNA, collect your belongings and call your taxi/rideshare back to the lot.
