Position Details

SpotHero is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our West Coast Regional Team! In this role, you'll answer questions from and provide solutions to our B2B operator partners. Provide phone and email support to help troubleshoot pricing, availability, and operational issues; process operator requests and clarify inputs in the pursuit of heroic account management support!

What You'll Do: 

  • Provide heroic account management to our partners, answering questions and making recommendations around best practices for listing parking on SpotHero.
  • Partner with our Growth Managers and Operations team to assist with supporting our largest accounts.
  • Interact with our operator partners via centralized phone support and email.
  • Become a product expert, knowing our systems from front to back, inside and out.
  • Work to maintain agreed-upon service levels, providing timely responses to inbound inquiries.
  • Tackle ad hoc projects big and small as requested.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with Supply Operations Management on implementing improvements.
  • Secure and safeguard data to preserve its integrity, reliability, and availability and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
  • Identify and consult with partners on optimization opportunities to increase location and portfolio growth
  • Attend in-person client meetings and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years experience in communications, research, and/or account management.
  • Efficient and highly skilled in Google suite and/or Microsoft Office 
  • Salesforce or other CRM software experience is preferred but not required. 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. 
  • Manage daily tasks alongside competing priorities.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • West Coast Based (Seattle Preferred)
