Affiliate Marketing Manager at SpotHero: 

We are seeking a data-driven and partnership-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Business Development team. This role will own the recruitment, management, and scaling of high-performing affiliate partnerships, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and channel performance optimization.

What you will do: 

  • Develop and execute a scalable affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates 
  • Learn SpotHero's link syntax for its affiliate program and be able to apply it in various affiliate and business development contexts
  • Test all related links for quality prior to distribution to partners
  • Monitor affiliate links to identify and troubleshoot broken connections
  • Leverage existing affiliate relationships and build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing affiliates
  • Drive MoM affiliate revenue showing consistent growth
  • Negotiate commission structures, promotional placements, and exclusive partnerships
  • Create incentives and performance-based programs to drive incremental growth
  • Own affiliate channel KPIs including revenue, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotional campaigns, content, and creative assets
  • Support broader Business Development initiatives where affiliate partnerships intersect with strategic growth opportunities

  • You are Curious - You stay ahead of affiliate and performance marketing trends, continuously testing, learning, and refining your approach to outperform the market.
  • You are Detail-Oriented & Professional - You operate with precision — from tracking and reporting to partner communications — and represent SpotHero with credibility and polish. 
  • You are Collaborative & Innovative - You work cross-functionally to drive results, share ownership, and balance continuous optimization with bold ideas that unlock new growth.

What you bring: 

  • 4–7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership management
  • Demonstrated ownership of affiliate strategy, partner management, and performance optimization in a growth-focused environment.
  • Experience managing affiliate networks and platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, CJ, ShareASale, Rakuten, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and attribution models
  • Proven track record of scaling acquisition channels efficiently
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously

Compensation in Illinois:

  • Depending on your skillset and experience, you can expect your base salary to be between $76,000 - $95,000 as well as a discretionary bonus and leading total rewards package.
