Qualified parking refers to pre-tax parking permitted by the IRS. This parking enables customers to use up to $340/month in pre-tax dollars to park near their office or public transit stop that takes them to the office.

You can use your commuter benefits card within the SpotHero app by inputting your card info under the pre-tax payment type. You will then set the address of your work and can begin to book spots using your pre-tax benefits card. Your benefits card will automatically apply for purchases within one mile of your work address.

No. At this time you are only allowed to use one commuter benefits card through SpotHero.

No, unfortunately, you cannot refund reservations made with a pre-tax card as credit. You can cancel reservations back to their original source through the app or website before the reservation begins.

In order to update or change your work address, you must delete your commuter benefits card from the SpotHero app and re-enter the information.
