Flex Rates

Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

If you are exiting between 8 am - 4 pm M-F, go to the garage office and show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering. If you are exiting outside of these hours, press the call button on the machine at the exit gate and read your SpotHero rental ID #.

When you are ready to retrieve your vehicle, visit the cashier in the garage office (located on the first floor close to the elevators) and show the ticket you pulled when you entered the garage. The cashier will validate your ticket. (All customers, whether they self-parked or used the valet, MUST visit the cashier before going to retrieve their vehicles.)&nbsp;

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Once you enter, the gate should automatically raise if you booked with your license plate for a ticketless experience. If the gate does not raise for you, scan your QR code at the box on the left side and a validated ticket with be issued to you.

You may park in any &ldquo;Non-Reserved&rdquo; space. These spaces are located on level 4 and above and are denoted by yellow lines.

When exiting, your license plate should be read, and the gate will open automatically. If the gate does not open, insert your validated ticket.

Upon arrival, press the call button to speak to the attendant. Be prepared to read your SpotHero reservation number to allow entry.

When exiting, press the call button.&nbsp;Be prepared to read your SpotHero reservation number to allow exit.&nbsp;

The gate will open and you're free to go!

15 S Frederick St. - Garage

Upon arriving, proceed to the entrance of the self-park garage at the far end of the entrance ramp. Pull a ticket when you enter. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Show the staff your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering. You will receive a validation ticket.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When you're ready to leave, go to the garage office on the first floor on the Pratt St. side.&nbsp;Drive to the exit of the garage, insert the ticket you pulled upon entry, and then enter the ticket issued to you by the staff.&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive away safely!
