The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. You must leave your keys with the attendant. Please communicated your exit time to the attendant to arrange key pick up.  Please note, the facility is attended Monday-Wednesday: 7am-8pm; Thursday: 7am-9pm. If are parking outside attended hours, you must display a printout of your pass on your dashboard.

Pick up your keys from the attendant and leave when you're ready to go!

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader. You will be issued a ticket and the gate will open.

Insert the ticket you received upon arrival.

The gate will open and you're free to go!
