The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.

1001 Boylston St. - Parcel 12 Valet Garage

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

Please only park in spot labeled #13 or #14 or the vehicle is subject to being towed. 

When returning and retrieving your vehicle use the barcode to enter the main lobby. Go past the front desk and through the door on the right to enter the garage.

To drive out of the garage please go up the ramp to the second floor and then back down the ramp to the first floor. Press the button to open the garage door.

12 Stoneholm St. - Spot #13 or 14

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

Please only park in the spot labeled #50, or the vehicle is subject to being towed.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.There is a 24-hour concierge and security cameras for your convenience and safety.

Please park only in the spot labelled 69 or the vehicle is subject to being towed. To get to the spot, you drive up the ramp to the second floor. The spot is conveniently located a few feet from the door to the elevator waiting area. The number &ldquo;69&rdquo; is painted on the wall in black.

When returning to retrieve your vehicle use the bar code to enter the lobby. Go past the front desk to the elevators and up to the second floor. If the doors do not open, ask the concierge to let you into the elevator. Then drive down the ramp to the first floor and the exit door. Once on the first floor, in your vehicle, simply press the exit button located on the driver&rsquo;s side of your vehicle as you approach the garage door in order to open it.
