Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your parking pass, and you are parked within your pre-selected reservation times. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.&nbsp;Please note that you do NOT need to print a ticket at the pay &amp; display box. Your license plate number on your SpotHero parking pass will be used to enforce your reservation.

When you arrive at the lot, please show your parking pass to the on-site attendant. If there is no attendant on-site, please park in any space that does not say "Reserved". 

Do not re-enter your license plate on site, we've got you covered! There is no need to display a receipt on the dashboard&mdash;your SpotHero reservation is all that&rsquo;s required to park.

When entering, scan your reservation barcode and the gate will open. The reservation is now tied to your license plates that was read at the entrance. Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a violation/tow.

When exiting, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to exit the facility using the scanner.
