Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

You may park in any spot that doesn't say "Reserved". The parking area stretches from Western Ave. to Campbell Ave., directly underneath the Brown Line tracks. Look for the black and red SP+ signs "Zone 51817" to confirm you are in the correct facility. Please use the photos on your parking pass to verify you are in the correct location.

NORTH SIDE OF LOT: Please parallel park your vehicle against the brick wall. You will be towed if you block the lane running through middle of lot.

SOUTH SIDE OF LOT: Please park your vehicle on an angle, along the chainlink fence.

When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. Please pull to the bottom of the ramp for valet assistance you will receive a ticket that must be turned in when retrieving your vehicle.

When you’re ready to go, check in with the valet and your car will be retrieved.

Simply drive out when you are ready to go! The gate will open.
