They’ll be uniformed in all black, Metropolis branded apparel and let them know that you’ve prepurchased parking through SpotHero and need to have your license plate validated. Our team will take care of the rest. If you are unable to find a Metropolis team member in the garage/lot, please call us at (650)889-5077 and leave a message with your reservation details and license plate number. We will ensure someone validates your parking visit remotely.

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
