When you are ready to leave, scan the QR code on your parking pass to exit the facility. The gate will lift and you are free to go!

When you arrive at the hotel, note your license plate information, and proceed to the front desk. Show the hotel front desk your parking reservation, receive a validation code, and register your vehicle via the QR code at the front desk. QR code registration includes license plate information, phone number, duration of stay, and validation code provided by the front desk.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Our shuttle departs from the hotel to the airport on average every 15 minutes from 4 am to 12 am, 7-days per week.

When arriving back to JAX, head to the shuttle pickup area. You may call the hotel at (904) 741-4404 to check shuttle status.

Simply leave when you're ready to go!

Crowne Plaza JAX - Uncovered Self Park

Park anywhere in the hotel lot. Bring your confirmation to the front desk of the hotel. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes, but the airport is also a 10 minute walk

Arrive at Double Tree Hotel and park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". 

Bring your SpotHero reservation to the hotel front desk to verify your spot. 

Board the shuttle that will take you to the airport. 

Once arriving back to the airport, locate the hotel shuttle that will take you back to the lot.
