Flex Rates

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.

34-35 44th St. - Hearthstone Valet Garage

Users may park their own vehicles at this facility.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

11-45 31st Ave. (11-12 30th Dr.) - Astoria West Garage

Scan e-ticket provided by GGMC (sent via text or email) upon entering at the box with the red flashing lights. 
Approach any of the Garage Bays/Doors with a Green LED arrow and the door will open automatically.

Park your vehicle in the center of the vehicle platform, following the guidance on the LCD Screen/Monitor. Once the instructions indicate "Stop", stop and wait for confirmation of a good position. (You may need to fold the sideview mirrors before entering the bay to get a good position).
Please go to the garage lobby/waiting room and follow the instructions on "Drop Off Kiosk" for your Bay, enter phone number/email address and confirm details.
Please wait and make sure you have received the QR ticket.
 

Return to the in the garage lobby/waiting room, via the pedestrian door on 31st Street.
Hold your QR code an inch or two away from the QR reader until it is read properly by the device.
Tap to activate one of the "Pickup" kiosks, scan the QR code sent via text or email at the QR code reader located at the bottom right of the kiosk.
Once the message “Thank you, your vehicle is on the way” appears, the retrieval process is complete, and your vehicle will be on its way.

21-21 31st St. - The Rowan Garage

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

37-05 30th St. - Dutch House Garage

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed of on a mobile device. The Attendant may scan your Parking Pass.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

While SpotHero does not own or operate any of these locations, we do work very closely with the operators we partner with to ensure you have a seamless parking experience every time you park!

Similar to how a hotel reservation works, you can enter at any time after the start time listed on your SpotHero reservation, and you can depart at any time prior to the end time listed on your reservation.

For example, if your reservation goes from 8 am to 8 pm, you can enter any time after 8 am, and must leave anytime before 8 pm. Please be aware that any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to a ticket, tow, or an additional charge (at the drive-up rate) from the parking facility.
