Pull up into the staging area as directed. A staff member will instruct you to check in on your mobile phone - you&rsquo;ll receive an email and a text message, which will be needed upon your return.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Take your luggage and walk a few steps to the shuttle loading area.

We recommend you take a picture of your car upon entry and when you pick it up before leaving the lot. In case of a complaint, these pictures will be required. If you do not provide the pictures, the claim will not be accepted.

Shuttle van pick up is located at Ground Transportation level between spots A34 and A37.

When you&rsquo;re back at MCO and have collected your luggage, click the link we provided to your cellular phone when you checked in (SMS or email). This will alert us to go fetch your vehicle.&nbsp;

Please note that we will re-park the cars within 30 minutes of being requested. For that reason, CALL US RIGHTLY WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR LUGGAGE IN HAND. DO NOT CALL BEFORE because otherwise your car will be parked again and the time you try to save at the airport will be lost in the lot waiting for us to bring your car back. Of course we are always trying to optimize times for your convenience.

Orange MCO Airport Parking - Uncovered Valet

Users may park their own vehicles at this facility.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pick-up area.

Upon return to MCO Airport, please proceed to the airport shuttle pickup area. This is an On Demand shuttle that you can contact at +1 407-816-5533

Simply leave when you're ready to go!

Springhill Suites Orlando Airport - Uncovered Self Park

Upon return to MCO Airport, please proceed to the airport shuttle pickup area. This is an on-demand shuttle that you can contact at (407) 856-2444.

Residence Inn Orlando Airport - Uncovered Self Park

Shuttle typically runs every 30 minutes. If necessary, call 407-856-0100 to schedule your shuttle pick up. Once you have arrived at this facility, please visit the front desk and present your SpotHero parking pass to the front desk associate.  

The front desk associate will show you where to park your vehicle.  

Gather your belongings and head over to the shuttle pick up area. The shuttle will take you to the airport.   PLEASE NOTE: The shuttle only runs after you call and schedule it between the hours of 5am-1am.

When arriving back to the airport, please gather your luggage and call 407-856-0100 to schedule your shuttle pick up.  

Once you are ready to go, you may simply leave!

The Parking Spot shuttle will pick you up directly at your vehicle to take you to the airport.
 

After claiming your luggage, proceed to level 1 (ground transportation level). This is one level below baggage claim. For Terminal A, a shuttle will pick you up between Spaces 34 and 37. For Terminal B, a shuttle will pick you up between Spaces 36 and 39.
If you are returning between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, or you need special assistance, please call 407.851.5500 for pick-up.

The shuttle will bring you to your car. From there, follow the signs to the exit.
 

The Parking Spot - Covered Self Park

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

When you arrive at the hotel, note your license plate information, and proceed to the front desk. Show the hotel front desk your parking reservation, receive a validation code, and register your vehicle via the QR code at the front desk. QR code registration includes license plate information, phone number, duration of stay, and validation code.

Our shuttle departs from the hotel to the airport on average every 30 min on the hour and ½ hour until 1 pm, then upon request, still trying to follow the 30 min window time. First arrived, first served. The shuttle will leave if full, and will not wait as other guests are expecting it to be on time.

 Pick-up from the airport is upon request only. Call 407-813-5003 after you retrieve your luggage to coordinate a pick-up location.

When you are ready to leave, drive to the gate, and the gate will open, and you're free to go!
