When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.

Simply leave when you are ready to go! The gate will automatically open.

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

1100 J St. - Cathedral Building - Garage

Take ticket on entry from entry kiosk to vend gate. Park anywhere in the upper floors that isn&rsquo;t marked reserved.

Immediately after parking, before leaving the garage, visit the ground floor garage office. Show your SpotHero reservation to receive a validation pass. Keep both the ticket and the validation.

When leaving the garage, visit the pay station in the building lobby. First insert the ticket taken on entry. When the machine displays an amount owed, insert the validation. Take the ticket the machine returns with you &ndash; it will be used for exit. Drive to exit and insert the ticket to be let out.
