During Commuter hours, special events, and when the lot is very busy, this facility will become a valet and you will be asked to leave your keys with the attendant.</p>

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Enlarge QR code and turn up screen brightness. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!
