The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

500 California St. - Omni San Francisco Valet

Users may park their own vehicles at this facility.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.Please wait for the screen to prompt your before scanning your SpotHero QR Code.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.Please wait for the screen to prompt your before scanning your SpotHero QR Code.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

370 Front St. - Two Embarcadero Center Garage

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

If there is an attendant on duty, the attendant will hand you a ticket and valet your vehicle. 

If there is no attendant on duty, your reservation will be monitored by your license plate entered on SpotHero. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When you are ready to leave, if the attendant parked your vehicle, show the attendant your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on your mobile device, along with the ticket you were given, and your vehicle will be retrieved. 

Otherwise, simply leave when you are ready to go! 

635 Sansome St. (401 Jackson St.) - Lot

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

<p>When you're ready to leave, please visit the&nbsp;Front Desk and&nbsp;present the&nbsp;Front Desk staff&nbsp;with your SpotHero reservation number, along with the ticket you pulled when entering.</p>

750 Kearny St. - Hilton Self Park Garage

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

622 Washington St. - Garage

Spot Hero QR codes are accepted at this location.  When you arrive at the garage, you do not need to take a ticket. Just scan your QR code on the ticket machine upon entry and the gate will open.   You may proceed to park.

You may park in any space not marked ‘Reserved.

When you are ready to leave, please retrieve your vehicle and proceed to the exit lane.   Please scan your QR code at the ticket machine and follow the instructions on the display.  If your reservation matches your stay, the gate will open.  If you parked for a period that doesn’t match the reservation period, there may be additional charges, you can pay these with a credit card at the ticket machine.

Upon completing the transaction you may exit the garage.Thank you for parking with us!
