Standard

Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Please park anywhere that does not say "Reserved" and then leave your keys with the attendant. If you are picking your keys up after 6pm, you may do so from the payment office.

When you're ready to leave, show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering.
 

The gate will open and you're free to go!

67 Hayes St. - Fox Plaza Garage (Lot 356)

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

739 Turk St. - Opera Plaza Valet Garage

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Since the gate is closed after hours, call (415) 673-1408 when you arrive to have the hotel staff come open it for you. Be prepared to present your SpotHero reservation confirmation.Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

740 Turk Street. (711 Van Ness Ave) - Garage

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. To access the garage during event parking on weekends, you must press the button on the intercom to call security to be let into the garage.
Please note: When accessing on weekends, please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Arriving earlier than this may result in you not being able to enter at your intended arrival time.

You can park anywhere that is not reserved, handicap or EV.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
