Be prepared to present your SpotHero reservation confirmation.Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

30 Larkin St. (1266 Market)  - Wells Fargo Bank Lot

This location is monitored according to the license plate listed on your SpotHero pass. Make sure the information on your pass matches the plate number on your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or a tow. During Commuter hours, special events, and when the lot is very busy, this facility will become a valet and you will be asked to leave your keys with the attendant.

110 Franklin St. - Semi-Valet Lot

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. To access the garage during event parking on weekends, you must press the button on the intercom to call security to be let into the garage.
Please note: When accessing on weekends, please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Arriving earlier than this may result in you not being able to enter at your intended arrival time.

You can park anywhere that is not reserved, handicap or EV.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
