Shuttle InformationDepartures:<ol><li>&nbsp;When arriving proceed directly to our 13190 Parcher Avenue Garage where you will be greeted by the Crowne Plaza Parking Attendant / Shuttle Driver to prepare for your trip to Dulles Airport.</li><li>Secure a parking ticket&nbsp;from the parking attendant and display it on your dashboard.</li><li>A short, 5-10 minute shuttle ride will take you to your gate where you can enjoy your trip knowing your car is parked safely, and not costing you the $$$ on-airport parking would cost!</li></ol>Arrivals:<ol><li>To return to Dulles Airport Parking by Crowne Plaza&nbsp;BE ADVISED AS TO THE NEXT ARRIVAL TIME AT DULLES AIRPORT AND MEET THE SHUTTLE OUTSIDE OF BAGGAGE CLAIM, DOOR # 6 AT SHUTTLE STOP 2-G.</li><li>Shuttle pick-up will be&nbsp;approximately 00:15 AND 00:45 past each hour.&nbsp; PLEASE ENSURE ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY ARE PRESENT AND READY TO RETURN TO OUR PARKING FACILITY ON PARCHER AVENUE. If you arrive between 12 am-6 am you must call the shuttle driver at&nbsp;703-471-6700&nbsp;to request airport pickup.</li><li>Return to your car and have a safe drive home, thanks for using SpotHero!</li></ol>Guests MUST display the parking ticket provided by the hotel on their dashboard or they will be towed. Any SpotHero guests that park on the main level of the garage will be towed as that parking is for hotel guests only. Please park on the 2nd level of the parking garage ONLY. At Khols Garage arrival - Between the hours of 7 AM – 11 PM, please check-in with the attendant at the Kohl’s Garage located at 13100 Parcher Avenue, Herndon and present your SH pass either printed or on mobile to the attendant/shuttle driver. Once you check-in the shuttle staff will direct you on where to park.
 
At the Crowne Plaza Arrival – Between the hours of 11 PM – 7 AM, please check-in with the hotel lobby at the Crowne Plaza located at 2200 Centreville Road, Herndon and present your SH pass either printed or on mobile to the Front Desk Agent. Once you check in you will be direct as to where to park and wait for your shuttle.
 
NOTICE: For International Flights plan on arriving at our location no less than 3-hours prior to your flight. Domestic Flights plan on arriving no less than 2-hours prior to your flight.

The complimentary airport shuttle departs from the Crowne Plaza every 30 minutes - just before the hour and the half-hour - to Dulles International Airport.

When returning to the airport, look for the Crowne Plaza Airport Shuttle outside Dulles Airport Baggage Claim at curbside 2G (go right as you exit the airport terminal). The shuttle picks up from 2G, quarter past the hour (example 1:15) and 45-minutes past the hour (example 1:45). You MUST CALL THE SHUTTLE DRIVER AT 703-471-6700 to REQUEST AIRPORT PICKUP.

Dulles Airport Parking by Crowne Plaza - Covered Self Park

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Show the hotel front desk your SpotHero Parking Pass, receive a validation code, then register your vehicle via the QR code at the front desk. All vehicles must be properly registered.

You may head to the shuttle to the airport, as instructed by the hotel front desk.

Upon landing and collecting any checked luggage, please proceed to Ground Transportation and pick up area 2G. Please call the shuttle at 1-800-328-8001 or the front desk at 703-435-5300 to inform the hotel of your arrival. Shuttle wait time ranges between 10-20 minutes. If you are arriving outside of shuttle hours (4:30am to 12:00am), then you will need to take a taxi. Please note - per airport regulations, the shuttle is not allowed to sit idle while waiting for guests to arrive.
