Standard

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Pull a ticket when you enter and park anywhere that does not say "Reserved".

When exiting, press the call button. Read your SpotHero Rental # and the number from the ticket you pulled.

The gate will lift and you are free to go!

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

<p>Once you&rsquo;ve reserved your space and gotten your QR code, take a screenshot of it! You&rsquo;ll need it for later. To enter the parking please enter your phone number. <strong>Make sure that your license plate matches your reservation, otherwise you are subject to ticket or tow.</strong></p>

You’ll receive a text asking you to add payment, click on it. You will be brought and logged into the Vend Park app and brought to your newly started parking session.
Scroll down the page until you see a picture and the text “ Reserved via 3rd party?”. Tap on this image.
On the next screen, scroll down and click the “Select image” button. Select the screenshot you took of your reservation.

Your reservation has now been applied!
Please ensure you do not park anywhere that says "reserved".

4350 Fairfax Dr. - Garage

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.

When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. Please pull to the bottom of the ramp for valet assistance you will receive a ticket that must be turned in when retrieving your vehicle.

When you’re ready to go, check in with the valet and your car will be retrieved.

Simply drive out when you are ready to go! The gate will open.

Similar to how a hotel reservation works, you can enter at any time after the start time listed on your SpotHero reservation, and you can depart at any time prior to the end time listed on your reservation.

For example, if your reservation goes from 8 am to 8 pm, you can enter any time after 8 am, and must leave anytime before 8 pm. Please be aware that any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to a ticket, tow, or an additional charge (at the drive-up rate) from the parking facility.
