<p>Make sure the information on your Pass matches the license plate number on your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or a tow. There is no need to place a receipt on your dash, Your SpotHero reservation is all that&rsquo;s required for parking.</p>

Pull into the driveway. Fold in your mirrors and park all the way left or all the way right.

Overnight 11pm-7am

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

Drive up to the garage gate scanner located on your left and scan the purchased QR code.

Drive to G2 (lower level) and park anywhere that is not reserved for residents (All violators will be ticketed and possibly towed). Park at your own risk. Walk up the ramp to the garage gate and exit the garage via the door on the right (There is a large green EXIT sign with an arrow pointing toward the door)

To retrieve your car please scan your QR code at the door to the left of the garage gate. 

Drive within 5ft of the gate to activate the pressure sensor for the gate to open.
