A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

2430 Pennsylvania Ave. NW - Melrose Georgetown Hotel Valet

You MUST park only in spot U. You will be towed if parked in any other spot or over the lines.
Look for the letter 'U' painted black on the brickwall.

900 24th St. NW - Carport Spot U

Drive up to the garage gate scanner located on your left and scan the purchased QR code.

Drive to G2 (lower level) and park anywhere that is not reserved for residents (All violators will be ticketed and possibly towed). Park at your own risk. Walk up the ramp to the garage gate and exit the garage via the door on the right (There is a large green EXIT sign with an arrow pointing toward the door)

To retrieve your car please scan your QR code at the door to the left of the garage gate. 

Drive within 5ft of the gate to activate the pressure sensor for the gate to open.

950 24th St. NW - Garage

This location is monitored according to the licence plate listed on your SpotHero pass. Make sure the information on your pass matches the plate number on your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or a tow.

Please note: Many driveways in this area look similar. Be sure to double-check the photos and address on the property to avoid being towed.
