Enter this location at 205 S Church St. This is the First Citizens Bank Plaza garage, operated by Preferred Parking Service LLC. It is located on the Southeast/Left-hand side of S Church St. (a one-way street) between W 4th St. and W 3rd St.
Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
When scanning the barcode, a ticket will be issued. Please take the ticket before the gate opens. Do not press any buttons, scan only. After a successful scan, the ticket will automatically dispense.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
When exiting, please insert the ticket received at entry into the machine to exit.
