The entrance for this garage is located in the alley next to 1150 17th St. NW. This is the 1700 M garage, operated by Colonial Parking. From the intersection of 17th St. NW and M St. NW, head South on 17th St. NW. towards Desales St. NW. Turn right to enter the alley at 1150 17th St. NW. Head East through the alley until you reach the garage entrance on the right hand side.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
