The customer shows their SpotHero reservation, and the valet gives the customer access to a digital claim check on their phone.

Once they're ready to pick up their car, the customer will type in "spothero" into the validation code link in the digital claim check; this will $0 their balance. If you are retrieving your vehicle between the hours of 12am-7am, you must visit the front desk to retrieve your vehicle. Hand them the ticket you received upon arrival and they will retrieve your vehicle.

The valet will be notified to retrieve the vehicle!
