Enter this location via the alley (Haddock Pl.) at 215 N State St., near the intersection of N State St. and E Haddock Pl. This is the Kemper Building garage, operated by LAZ Parking.

From N State St., turn EAST down the alley at 215 N State (aka E Haddock Pl.). The entrance to the garage will be on the north-side of the alley (E Haddock Pl.), 1/2 way between State and Wabash. Look for the "Kemper Building - Public Parking - 1 E Wacker" sign above the door.

You may also enter this garage via the alley (E Haddock Pl.) at 212 N Wabash Ave., just south of the Emerald Loop Bar and Grill. At 212 N Wabash, take the alley (E Haddock Pl.) WEST for roughly 1/2 block. The entrance to the garage will be on the north-side of the alley (E Haddock Pl.), 1/2 way between State and Wabash. Look for the "Kemper Building - Public Parking - 1 E Wacker" sign above the door.
