Enter this location at 222 N Charles St. This is the Charles Plaza Parking garage, operated by Metropolis. It is located on the West/Left-hand side of N Charles St. (a one-way street) between E Lexington St. and E Saratoga St. The entrance is marked by a 'Charles Plaza Parking Garage' sign above the entrance. Please do not turn into the "Loading Dock / 1st Entry to the left. The second entrance is located on N. Liberty St., just off of W. Saratoga before W. Lexington. The entrance is beside two U.S. mailboxes.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.
- Simply leave when you are ready to go! The gate will automatically open.
