Upon your arrival, pull a ticket from the entry lane.

Once the gate opens, stay to the right and proceed to the back of the hotel. Park in the last 3 rows furthest from the rear of the hotel.

After parking, take your ticket and SpotHero pass to the hotel front desk to receive a validation for the length of stay prepaid for.

Proceed to the main hotel covered entrance for the shuttle hotel pick-up. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes, at the top and bottom of the hour. Show your ticket to the shuttle driver for admittance.

Once you have arrived at the Shuttle pick-up area, please dial 615-871-0033, select option 'Ground Transportation'. The shuttle will take you back to the Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel entrance.

To exit the parking, insert the validation ticket. If the length of stay is longer than the validation is good for, you will be required to pay the difference via credit card at the gate.
