- Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate extended cab pickup trucks, large passenger vans, and large SUVs (Suburban, Escalade, etc).
- Early Bird rate: in by 9 am, exit by 9pm (Monday to Friday).
- Evening rate starts after 5pm until 9pm (Monday to Friday)
- Height Restriction: 6' 0"
- If you exit the garage after your reservation expires you will be required to pay for the extra time staying in the parking garage following the rates displayed at the location.
- Monthly rates are subject to change at the operator's discretion.
- PLEASE NOTE: Monthly Reservations only applies for non tenants.
- Vehicles are only accessible during hours of operation.
- Vehicles that stay overnight after the reservation ends will be charged the Overnight rate for each day (including weekends) in the garage.

Enter this location at 1913 M St. NW. This is the entrance address for the 1200 19th St. NW garage, operated by Park America. It is located on the righthand side of M St. NW (a one-way street) between 20th St. NW and 19th St. NW. This location is directly across from McDonalds.
Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. DO NOT PULL A TICKET WHEN ENTERING THE GARAGE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED WITH THE PARKING GARAGE RATES.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
