Upon arrival, pull up in front of the hotel and proceed to the front desk. Present your SpotHero Parking Pass to the front desk staff for validation. Let them know you need a ride on the shuttle. The staff will then provide directions to the designated parking area.

You may park anywhere not marked as "Reserved". Important: You must display the parking pass (provided by the front desk) on your dashboard.

Please Note: Do not leave your vehicle in the EV charging station for more than 24 hours to avoid being towed.

After collecting your luggage, contact the hotel at (980) 279-5550 x0 to arrange a shuttle pickup.

Make your way to the hotel shuttle area in zone 1 outside of baggage claim to board the shuttle. Shuttle Available from 5 am to midnight

Simply leave when you're ready to go!
