Enter this location at 514 12th St NW. This is the Warner Building garage, operated by SP+. It is located on the left-hand side of 12th St. (a one-way street) between E St. NW and F St. NW. The entrance is marked by a grey 'Park' sign with white lettering. Please reference photos.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.
Important: To ensure a smooth parking experience, all customers must present the SpotHero parking pass upon arrival. The SpotHero pass is required to verify your reservation with the parking attendant.
