The spot is located in the alley between N Fremont St and N Wilton, just South of N Sheridan. If you turn onto Fremont St from Sheridan, the alley entrance is located one building before arriving at 3826 N Fremont. Turn right into the alley, take the first left, and you will see a dumpster on the left. The spot is the one second from the dumpster next to the fence and is marked with number 2.
