Enter this garage at 465 Spring St. This is the Seattle Public Library garage, operated by ABM. The entrance is located on the right-hand side of Spring St (one-way) between 4th Ave and 5th Ave.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". Failure to do so may result in ticket or tow.Â
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
