Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Please note:

When customers pull a ticket to enter the garage, a six digit code prints at the top of the ticket. After leaving the theater, if they are entering through the pedestrian door on the Fayette Street side, they will need that six digit code to get back inside.

There is a keypad with white buttons at the Fayette Street pedestrian entrance. Customers should press “E” and then enter the six digit code printed on their ticket. This will unlock the door into the elevator lobby.

Additionally, there is a separate door inside the garage that leads from the ramp area into the elevator lobby, which connects to the Fayette Street pedestrian exit. This door is inside the garage and simply separates the garage from the elevator lobby and pedestrian exit corridor.

When you're ready to leave. Please see the attendant in the booth with your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering.
