Enter this location at 424 E 53rd St. This is the Rivercourt garage, operated by Metropolis. It is located on the Southwest/Left-hand side of E 53rd St. (a one-way street) between Sutton Pl. S and 1st Ave. Please reference the photos for guidance.
- When you arrive at the facility, the valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
Note: There is limited mobile service in this garage, so please make sure to take a screenshot of your parking pass before entering the facility.
- When you return to the facility, show the valet your SpotHero parking pass and the ticket you received upon arrival.
- If your vehicle is considered oversize or if you parked outside of your reservation times, you will pay these fees now (credit card preferred).
- The valet will retrieve your car and you're free to go!
