- During peak times, parking may require a few extra minutes for the garage staff to maneuver vehicles to make space. If you encounter a cone blocking the entrance, please honk your horn and an attendant will be with you shortly.
- Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation. If you are parking a super-sized vehicle (224.4" Length. 74.4" Height, 80.5" Width), there will be an additional oversize fee charged at the facility directly. This will be an additional $15/day if you paid a standard oversize fee with your SpotHero reservation, or $30/day if you did not.

- Note for all Tesla vehicles: Tesla vehicles are restricted from purchasing a monthly spot at this location.
- Please Note: Daily reservations for exotic vehicles, with the exception of Teslas, will not be accepted at this location.

Enter this location at 220 W 26th St. This is the 220 W 26th St. garage, operated by iPark. It is located on the right-hand side of W 26th St. (a one-way street) between 7th Ave. and 8th Ave. The entrance is adjacent to buybuy Baby.
