Enter this location at 99 E Balbo Ave. This is the entrance address for the Hilton Chicago Garage, operated by SP+. It is located on the south side of E Balbo Ave. between S Wabash Ave. and S Michigan Ave.
- If your license plate number is on the parking pass, the gate will automatically lift due to LPR! Otherwise, scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- If your license plate number is on the parking pass, the gate will automatically lift due to LPR! Otherwise, when exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
