Enter this location at 1360 Sumner Ave. This is the Brownell lot, operated by Smart Park - Cleveland. It is located on the SE/Left-hand side of Summer Ave. (a one-way brick-lined street) between E 14th St. and E 13th St. The entrance is across from Erie Street Cemetery.
Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
