- If you are parking during valet hours, but exiting after the valet leaves for the night. Please be sure to let the attendant know so they can make arrangements for your keys.
- If you have purchased the $22 Morning Special, it must be redeemed by 9am, if they you come after 9am you will be charged for the difference of $18.00.
- Oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles 65" to 75" tall and over 181" long, or any vehicle taller than 75" regardless of length. Failure to enter your vehicle details during the reservation checkout process may result in paying this fee on-site.
- Valet Hours are 6am-7pm, Monday - Friday. If you arrive outside valet hours, you may SELF PARK your vehicle against the wall. PLEASE BE SURE to pull your vehicle all the way forward to the wall so other customers may navigate.
- You must call 312-344-1320 to gain access to the garage on Saturdays and Sundays between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Enter this location at 316 S Clark St. This is the Chicago Board of Trade garage operated by ABM. It is located on the west/right-hand side of Clark St. (a one-way street) between W Jackson Blvd. and W Van Buren St.
- To open the garage door, please visit http://www.vendgate.com/Parkers.aspx to enter the Rental ID# from your parking pass and press "submit" to lift the garage door. PLEASE NOTE: Each reservation is good for one "Entry" ONLY. Do not lift the gate until you are ready to enter the garage, and do not engage VendGate after your first entry. You may also access VendGate through your mobile browser. Go to www.vendgate.com, select "Parkers" and enter the Rental ID#.
- When you are ready to leave, drive to the exit gate, please visit http://www.vendgate.com/Parkers.aspx to enter the Rental ID# from your parking pass and press "submit" to lift the garage door. Please be sure to exit this facility before your reservation has expired.
