Our climate-controlled garage has over 200 stalls that are available to the public, including 8 Electric Vehicle Stations. The garage and all its equipment is cleaned daily, and our parking hardware is maintained to the highest operational standards. We know that safety of person and property is of prime importance to our customers. Therefore, we work closely with RBC Gateway Security, who patrol our facility multiple times per day, and are always available to help our customers should they have questions.

Enter this location at 34 S 3rd St. This is the entrance address for the RBC Gateway Garage, operated by Towne. It is located on the North/Right-hand side of S 3rd St. (a one-way street) between Nicolet Mall and Hennepin Ave. Easy and quick to exit. This location is 2 blocks from the Light Rail station. Also close to US Bank Stadium, Target Centre and Target Field.
- Scan QR code on glass reader located on the upper right of the machine.
- Paper entry ticket will be issued. Please grab the ticket and ensure to keep it in order to exit.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
When exiting, scan the paper entry ticket on glass reader and the gate will open. RBC Gateway is secured with 24/7 Security, and the building lobby closes at 6pm. To access your vehicle, Security will grant access to the building lobby, or you can call 612-452-6101.
