- Please note: You will ONLY be able to exit this garage during the normal hours of operation, which are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. You will NOT be able to access your vehicle outside of these hours.
- This location may have adjusted hours or staffing on federal holidays. While we do our best to keep customers informed of changes in facility operations, if you are parking on a federal holiday, please confirm the operational hours with the facility.

This space is located in the alley behind 4900 Seminary Rd. This is the Mark Center garage, operated by Colonial Parking. From the intersection of Seminary Rd. and Mark Center Ave., head west on Mark Center Ave. towards Mark Center Dr. Make your first left into the alley and the lot entrance will be on your left.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
