Enter this location at 17th St. This is the Rotunda garage, operated by Douglas Parking. It is located on the south/right-hand side of 17th St. (a one-way street) between Telegraph Ave. and San Pablo Ave. The entrance is marked by a 'Douglas Parking' sign.
