Chicago Marathon Road Closures

On-street No Parking Zones will begin to be enforced at 1:00 am the day of the marathon. Road closures along the route will begin at 6:00 am. Be sure to check your Parking Pass for any listed street closures.

Where do I park for the Chicago Marathon?

If you're running in the Marathon, we recommend parking in the Millennium Park Garages, which are a quick 3-minute walk to Grant Park.

If you're watching the Marathon, we recommend parking near a designated Cheer Zone, located at the 8K (Sheridan & Broadway), 15K (Adams and Loomis), and 26K (Michigan and Roosevelt) mile markers.

How much is parking for the Marathon?

Marathon parking all day near Grant park averages $8 - $13. You can also find affordable parking along the course to watch the runners.
