- You do not need to pull a ticket. You should be Scanning In and Scanning Out. If you accidentally take a ticket to enter, you need to scan that ticket first at the Exit, and then scan the SpotHero QR code.
- Consider printing your parking pass or taking a screenshot o the QR code or easier entry & exit.
- Height Restriction: 6' 6"
- If you run into an issue trying to access the garage due to nearby street closures during events, please call the garage office at (312) 443-1533. This garage will always be accessible from one of the multiple entrances!
- Pedestrian entrances and exits are on the west side of Michigan Avenue, Millennium Hall Restaurant (below the Bean statue), and via the Chicago Pedway.
- Reservation extensions are available but not guaranteed. Please allow 15 minutes for changes to take effect.
- This reservation is for GRANT PARK NORTH. Enter the northbound or southbound vehicle ramps at 25 N. Michigan (center lanes, between Washington & Madison).

Enter this location at 25 N Michigan Ave. This is parking at the Grant Park North Garage operated by SP+. The entrance is accessible while traveling Northbound on Michigan Ave., just North of the intersection of Michigan Ave. and Madison Ave. Stay in the left lane and look for the blue entrance gates in the center median.
The facility is also accessible traveling Southbound on Michigan Ave., just South of the intersection of Michigan Ave. and Randolph St. As you cross the intersection of Michigan Ave. and E Washington St., bear left into the median where you'll see the parking entrance marked "Grant Park North".
Please be sure to enter the facility labelled "Grant Park North Garage." Your reservation will not be accepted at any other facility.
- Scan your QR code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
